Selkirk acted as arranger for the lender in respect of $16 million senior project financing for a 10 MW hydro project located in British Columbia.
 
Selkirk was responsible for arranging construction-to-term financing, preparation of the financial model, managing the deal structuring and due diligence processes, negotiating loan documentation, closing and funding.
