Selkirk acted as arranger for the lender in respect of $29.8 million senior project financing for a portfolio of wind projects totaling 11.6 MW located in Nova Scotia.
 
Selkirk was responsible for arranging construction-to-term financing, preparation of the financial model, managing the deal structuring and due diligence processes, negotiating loan documentation, closing and funding.
 
Selkirk acts as the loan agent on the transaction.
