Selkirk acted as arranger for the lenders in respect of $61.4 million senior project financing for a portfolio of wind projects totaling 28 MW located in Nova Scotia.
 
Selkirk was responsible for arranging construction-to-term financing, preparation of the financial model, managing the deal structuring and due diligence processes, negotiating loan documentation, closing and funding.
 
Selkirk acts as the loan agent on the transaction.
