Selkirk acted as arranger for the lender in respect of a senior project financing for a 10 MW solar project located in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
Selkirk was responsible for arranging long-term financing, managing the financial model, managing the deal structuring and due diligence processes, negotiating loan documentation, closing and funding.
Selkirk acts as the loan agent on the transaction.
