Selkirk acted as arranger for the lender in respect of an acquisition financing for an 8 MW hydro project located in British Columbia.
 
Selkirk was responsible for arranging the acquisition term financing, preparation of the financial model, managing the deal structuring and due diligence processes, negotiating loan documentation, closing and funding.
