Selkirk acted as arranger for the lender in respect of a senior project financing for two operating battery energy storage projects totaling 4 MW (16 MWh) located in Newmarket, Ontario.
 
Selkirk was responsible for arranging long-term financing, preparation of the financial model, managing the deal structuring and due diligence processes, negotiating loan documentation, closing and funding.
 
Selkirk acts as the loan agent on the transaction.
