Selkirk acted as arranger for the lender in respect of a $23 million development capital financing for a large portfolio of solar projects in Alberta.
 
Selkirk was responsible for originating the opportunity, negotiating commercial terms, preparing and managing the financial model, managing the deal structuring and due diligence processes, negotiating loan documentation, closing and funding.
 
Selkirk acts as the loan agent on the transaction.
