Concord Green Energy 20 MW Solar Portfolio
Selkirk acted as arranger for the lender in respect of $20.1 million holdco (subordinated) financing for two solar projects totaling 20 MW located in Ontario.
Selkirk was responsible for arranging the financing, preparation of the financial model, managing the deal structuring and due diligence processes, negotiating loan documentation, closing and funding.
