Concord Green Energy 19 MW Solar Portfolio
Selkirk acted as arranger for the lender in respect of $20.6 million of holdco (subordinated) financing for three solar projects totaling 19 MW located in Ontario.
Selkirk was responsible for arranging the financing, preparation of the financial model, managing the deal structuring and due diligence processes, negotiating loan documentation, closing and funding.
