Selkirk acted as arranger for the lender in respect of a long-term construction-to-term project financing and ITC bridge facility for a portfolio of four 5 MW (20 MWh) battery energy storage projects in Ontario.
 
Selkirk was responsible for originating the opportunity, negotiating commercial terms, managing the financial model, managing the deal structuring and due diligence processes, and negotiating definitive loan documentation.
 
Selkirk acts as the loan agent on the transaction.
