Selkirk acted as financial advisor to Stevens Wind in respect of a $17 million pre-NTP holdco-level financing for a significant minority interest in a 184 MW portfolio of wind projects in Nova Scotia.
 
Selkirk was responsible for identifying and marketing with prospective lenders, negotiating and structuring commercial terms, preparing and managing the holdco-level financial model, coordinating due diligence, and leading commercial negotiation of definitive documentation.
