Selkirk adds Senior Director and appoints Managing Partner
Selkirk Advisory Group Inc. (“Selkirk”) is very pleased to announce Francois Castonguay has joined the firm as Senior Director. Francois brings 20 years of experience in the alternative energy sector, having worked in various capacities on behalf of developers and lenders. Most recently, Francois was Vice President, Corporate Development for Genalta Power, a diversified waste-to-energy developer.
Francios brings deep technical know-how to the Selkirk team. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Alberta and a Professional Physicist, with a Master of Physics from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Calgary. In his personal life, Francois was previously a professional swimmer and represented Canada on various national teams for over a decade.
Francois will participate in all aspects of Selkirk’s structured finance and advisory business. He will also be the firm’s representative in the Province of Alberta.
Selkirk is also pleased to announce Daniel Doubilet has been appointed Managing Partner. Since joining in 2018, Dan has led the development of Selkirk into a recognized leader for provision of structured finance solutions and advisory services in the alternative energy and infrastructure sectors.
Mark Bohn will continue as President and CEO. Dan and Mark together will jointly manage the firm and oversee its growth, as it continues to serve its valued clients across the alternative energy and infrastructure sectors in Canada and internationally.
