Selkirk acted as co-arranger for the lenders in respect of a long-term debt financing for the acquisition and expansion of a 2 MW landfill gas cogeneration project located in Sainte-Cécile-de-Milton, Québec.
 
Selkirk was responsible for arranging long-term financing and supervising financial modeling, deal structuring, due diligence and negotiation of transaction documentation.
